These Terms & Conditions apply to all booking enquiries made via our tablet at the The Easter Show between 9:00am Friday, April 18th and 6:00pm Monday, April 21st, 2025.
1. Discount Eligibility
All enquiries submitted through the designated event tablet during the event period will be eligible for a 10% discount.
This discount applies only to bookings made for dates in 2025.
The 10% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other current or future offers, discounts, or promotions.
2. Booking Process
Completing the enquiry form at the event does not confirm a booking.
A member of the Ping Zero team will contact you within 7 days to confirm details, availability, and next steps.
Once you have a time secured, you will be required to pay within 72 hours to secure the discount.
3. General Terms
Ping Zero reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
Submitting an enquiry implies acceptance of these terms.
